Care and Maintenance
Loose dirt should be removed with a vacuum cleaner, avoiding rubbing the dirty place.
The product is machine washable (delicate cycle 30°C). Please note that each machine wash wears down the Stain Proof coating. Hang to dry.
Do not bleach, do not chlorinate. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not wring. Do not dry clean.
If you see the STAIN PROOF icon on the fabric image, then spilled liquids can be easily cleaned with a paper towel. The towel should be applied and wait for the liquid to be absorbed, do not rub the dirt.
Shipping
The shipping is free to UK, EU and USA. For other regions, the shipping cost is automatically added to your product order and you are informed about it before final confirmation of your order.
Typically, our shipments are handled by FedEx.
Warranty and Returns
If you're not entirely happy with your order, you can send the product back within 14 days of getting it. Once the cover is back in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage, you'll get a refund within 5 working days using the same payment method you used to buy it. Do you make covers for furniture that isn’t from Ikea?
We only make sofa, armchair and ottoman covers for Ikea furniture. Unfortunately, we can’t make covers for furnituresfrom other brands. Even if they look like Ikea models, their size and details might be different.
Is it possible to return the cover?
Yes, you can return your Ektorp covers within 14 days if you're not happy with your order. As long as the covers are in their original condition with no signs of use or damage, you'll get a refund within 5 working days. The refund will be sent through the same payment method you used. Check our Return Policy for more details.
How will my order be processed?
Once the payment is completed, your order is sent to our production coordinator, and you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order.
We manage the purchasing department, cutting room, and sewing department, ensuring smooth coordination. Within a maximum of 2 days, you’ll get an email notification with the estimated shipping date for your completed order. The lead time is typically 1-2 weeks, extending to a maximum of 3 weeks during peak order periods.
Throughout the entire production process, you’ll be kept informed about the status of your order.
